C4di, the centre for design & innovation at Robert Gordon University, in collaboration with the Design Council, is running a series of guest lectures. The aim is to explore some of the ways in which design can assist businesses. The second lecture in the series will be given by Ben Reason from the live | work service design consultancy.
Ben co-founded live|work in 2001 and is the Director for the London studio. He has been key to the development of Service Design (the application of design and customer experience principles to multi-channel services).
Masterclass – The Shape of Things to Come
The first lecture will be given by Nick Talbot from the seymourpowell product design consultancy.
Nick is one of the UK’s most significant designers who has worked on the interiors of the world’s first private spaceship, to be launched by Virgin Galactic.
